Fieger Lamellenfenster GmbH and WindowMaster International A/S Enter Strategic Partnership

The agreement will jointly expand both organisations’ operations, increasing both companies’ share-of-market across Europe and North America.

Crucially, the partnership will combine Fieger’s expertise in advanced louvre window design and manufacturing with WindowMaster’s global reach, system integration know-how. Both companies already share a strong focus on energy-efficient building solutions.

Together, they aim to provide architects, consultants, façade builders, and building owners with intelligent and scalable ventilation solutions that support healthy buildings.

From a product perspective, WindowMaster will supply Fieger-EN 12101-2 certified actuators for Fieger’s louvre systems, guaranteeing seamless integration, high performance, and continued focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.

Operationally, Fieger grants WindowMaster exclusive dealership rights for its louvre solutions in the Nordics, Baltics, United Kingdom and North America. Additionally, WindowMaster can also sell on a non-exclusive agreement in three of its core markets: Germany, Switzerland, and France, in tandem with Fieger GmbH’s continued promotion and sale of louvre windows in these countries.

A win-win for both companies, these commercial agreements strengthen both companies’ market positions and enable a coordinated approach to sales, project execution, and customer support in these key regions.
