Our highly-qualified engineers are able to make accurate proposals for natural and hybrid ventilation schemes, along with calculations of the possible air change rates in one or more climate zones.
We can provide accurate calculations of the expected CO2 levels in rooms ventilated with natural or hybrid ventilation through our experience with many building types and sizes.
In order to be certain that your proposed designs will meet the requirements for the indoor climate, we can perform computational modelling calculations in BSim2002 and IES VE Pro.
We find that there is an excellent correlation between the actual measurements from the post occupancy evaluations of the completed buildings and the results from the thermal simulations.
In some cases, for example unconventional building geometry, it may be advantageous to use CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) modelling tools for the analysis of the comfort levels within the spaces during different conditions. We are capable of providing input to or perform such calculations.
