WindowMaster has a warehouse in North Wales, PA for stock and distribution of all North American projects and need YOUR help to keep the warehouse and inventory running smoothly.

Job Purpose

As our Warehouse and Logistics Assistant, you will work directly with our Logistics Manager to ensure smooth daily operation of our USA and Canadian shipping/receiving setup. You will assist with logistics and maintaining our local warehouse stock level. The position also requires ad-hoc tasks to help our team realize our growing demand for window automation products and systems across North America.

At WindowMaster, we believe that it is key for all employees to have an understanding of our product range and system possibilities for projects, hence you will also be given in depth technical training on WindowMaster’s offerings. Practicalities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Logistics Manager with shipping/receiving tasks and logistics coordination.
  • Assist Logistics Manager with subcomponent ordering from vendors.
  • Assist Logistics Manager with micro-adjustment and assembly of products inhouse.
  • Cleaning and organizing of warehouse stations.
  • Full responsibility of specific tasks while Logistics Manager is away.
  • Ad-hoc organizational tasks in the office and warehouse.
  • Coordinate and collaborate internally with members of the sales, technical and logistics team.
