During the recent years, the company has executed on their strong business strategy and been on an ambitious growth journey, opening new offices in the US and entering strategic partnerships and developing their overall business with a strong focus on sustainability.
We are now looking for a People and Culture Manager, who can further develop our ‘one-company’ culture and work on strategic initiatives to foster a strong employer brand in order to attract and retain talent.
The role
In this newly established People & Culture area/role, you will have the sole responsibility and develop the people and culture agenda throughout WindowMaster, and you will have a great impact on further developing the ‘one-company’ culture by driving strategic projects and initiatives.Â
You will have the People & Culture responsibility across all WindowMaster locations; Group HQ in Denmark, the production company in Germany, and the 7 sales offices across Europe and the US.
You will work strategically as well as hands on with all aspects of the People & Culture area, attraction and retainment of talent and become a trusted advisor/business partner/coach to the leadership team and hiring managers.
You will report directly to the CEO.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive engagement and employee experience and develop a strong employer brand
- Develop and drive change /culture projects, fostering great values
- Drive initiatives within succession planning
- Streamline and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (from job posting to onboarding)
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on P&C matters
- Support the business in developing and implementing P&C policies, processes and programs to attract, retain and develop talent
- Drive initiatives to improve our engagement scores
- Drive strategic P&C projects and cultural initiatives across the organization
- Trusted advisor /business partner/coach to the leadership team
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a people & culture/HR business partner role
- Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in an advisor role to leaders
- Experience with talent acquisition and P&C operations
- Solid knowledge of Danish Employment Law
- You thrive being strategic (and seeing the big picture) as well as being hands on
- You have a global mindset and an international and cultural awareness
- You have a strong collaborative approach and take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish
- You have strong interpersonal skills, great integrity, good at building trust and bring great change & communication skills to the table
- Fluent/Native in Danish, English professional proficiency (and German proficiency would be an advantage)
