Based on indoor and outdoor temperature measurements, NV Solo® automatically opens and closes windows in an individual room and ensures the desired indoor climate is achieved.
Plus, the user can always open or close the window at the touch of a button should they require more or less fresh air. After an individually-set period of time, the system returns to automatic operation. It is also possible to specify how many times a window will be opened or closed, as well as how long a window will remain in a selected fixed position.
The NV Solo® safety function ensures that windows close in the event of precipitation, strong winds or low outdoor temperatures.
You can connect NV Solo® to a group of window motors by zone, and the system can be used to control natural ventilation in offices, entrances, stairwells, common areas and other areas where a room would benefit from better indoor climate delivered by motorised windows. Moreover, the NV Solo® system can be combined with smoke ventilation functions.
Simple to install – even when refurbishing
NV Solo® features a battery-powered control panel that uses a wireless link to communicate with a weather station installed on the roof of the building. That makes NV Solo® ideal for refurbishments because the control panel does not have to be connected to the weather station using cables.
NV Solo® is a versatile controller for providing natural ventilation in the many rooms that require an improved indoor climate by the use of motorised windows
NV Solo® can also be used in conjunction with other safety systems, such as smoke ventilation for staircases, and will provide the additional comfort ventilation for the space. The Heat & Smoke function has first priority.
