Project management and installation
WindowMaster is much more than a manufacturer and trader of products for natural, hybrid and smoke ventilation. We are also expert in project management and we carry out all of the installation and assembly tasks.
Project management
When larger tasks are involved, WindowMaster manages the project throughout the entire construction phase. Our project managers have gained many years of experience from working on large construction projects in Denmark and abroad, so they have the expertise and know-how needed to bring all of the different details together and ensure the construction process is carried out professionally.
WindowMaster project managers ensure that project progress schedules and completion schedules are realistic, targets, deadlines and budgets are met, the products meet the specific requirements and preferences and there is clear and problem-free communication between project participants.
Moreover, we continuously further develop our solutions, train our project managers and optimise after commissioning. We also ensure a stringent project process using well-established project management/quality assurance tools.
Assembly and installation
Ideally, WindowMaster prefers to manage the assembly and installation of its products – either by using one of its highly-qualified in-house technicians or by using a local, qualified technician who can carry out the installation.
WindowMaster products provide a wide range of options: This includes parameters such as motor speed, strength, opening width, opening period and reaction time – all depending on individual requirements and preferences. We assist in setting up and fully commissioning installations. Once the installation has been fully checked; WindowMaster hands over the operation and service documentation.
User training and information
To fully exploit the natural ventilation of your system it is important that the people who use the building understand the principles of indoor climate management and are introduced to and trained in how to use the system. WindowMaster fully-automatic solutions also provide the option of allowing users to control the system manually should they wish to do so.
Our training services include:
• Information to users and preparation of written introductory materials
• Instruction and training building managers in the use of the natural ventilation system
• If required, re-training in the use of the system after a period of time has elapsed.
